We want you to be confident in every AHL purchase. If your boat or accessory does not meet expectations, the following return policy applies.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us via the Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the return address.
  3. Ship the item back, freight prepaid, with the RMA clearly marked on the outside.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-color or custom-rigged boats.
  • Items that have been used on the water or modified.
  • Clearance / final sale products.
