We want you to be confident in every AHL purchase. If your boat or accessory does not meet expectations, the following return policy applies.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us via the Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- We will reply with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the return address.
- Ship the item back, freight prepaid, with the RMA clearly marked on the outside.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-color or custom-rigged boats.
- Items that have been used on the water or modified.
- Clearance / final sale products.
